Site Supervisor (joinery)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage joinery installation projects on-site. The ideal candidate must ensure high-quality work, adherence to timelines, and effective team coordination. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities
• Supervise joinery installation at project sites, ensuring quality and precision.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to meet deadlines.
• Review technical drawings and ensure on-site execution aligns with specifications.
• Manage on-site resources, including materials, tools, and manpower.
• Conduct inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to management.
• Travel between sites as required to oversee multiple projects.
Requirements
• Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in the joinery or interior fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with joinery materials, tools, and techniques.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
