Job Overview: As a Site Supervisor for interior construction projects, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure timely and successful completion of interior construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site to meet project timelines and quality standards. Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets project requirements. Provide regular progress updates to the project manager and stakeholders. Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise on-site in a timely and effective manner. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards or quality issues. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, materials used, and manpower allocation. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among on-site teams and subcontractors.

Working Conditions: The Site Supervisor will primarily work on construction sites, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands. The role may require occasional travel to different project locations and flexibility in working hours to accommodate project needs.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAOs): Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications in construction safety and project management are advantageous. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing interior construction projects from inception to completion.
