Job Summary: The Site Supervisor (Fit-Out) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Supervise and manage all on-site activities for fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure that all tasks are performed to the highest standards. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Coordination: Liaise with project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Resource Management: Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure that all resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, incident reports, and material logs.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise on site, whether related to construction, safety, or logistics.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients as needed to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, specifically in fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field are a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a focus on fit-out projects.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work on-site, often in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as required by project schedules.
• Physical ability to perform site inspections and supervise construction activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
