Job Description

Key Responsibilities:! Site Supervision & Management:

! Oversee all aspects of interior fit-out works, including joinery, flooring, gypsum, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing.

! Ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

!Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

.!Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the project manager.

!Enforce health & safety regulations and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities.

Quality Control & Workmanship:

!Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

!Address any quality issues and ensure rectification before handover

.!Ensure all finishing works (flooring, painting, joinery, ceiling works, etc.) are completed to client expectations.

!Material & Resource Management:

!Coordinate the delivery and proper storage of materials on-site.

!Ensure proper usage of materials to minimize waste and cost overruns.

!Monitor and manage site labor, ensuring efficient productivity.

Coordination & Problem Solving:

!Liaise with consultants, architects, and designers to resolve site issues.

!Identify and address site challenges proactively to avoid delays.

!Attend site meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:*

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

*Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, gypsum works, flooring, and painting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
