Job Title: Site Supervisor

Must have UAE Driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management:
• Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, manage, and motivate site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Provide on-site training and mentoring to team members.
• Quality Control:
• Monitor and inspect all work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Resource Management:
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and inventory.
• Communication:
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Problem-Solving:
• Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Handle any on-site emergencies or conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Flexibility to travel to various project sites across the UAE.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision.
• Certification in site supervision or project management (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
