As our Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution in Dubai, ensuring smooth and high-quality delivery. You will follow up on delivered orders and ensure the installation team is properly briefed. You will monitor and oversee ongoing delivered projects on-site. You will provide guidance to the MEP and electrician teams based on the delivered materials. You will support contractors and ensure prado and rond by prado innovations are installed and executed according to required standards. You will conduct regular site visits to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. You will maintain daily reports on site visits, progress, and challenges. You will supervise and manage installation teams, ensuring work is completed within the project timeline. You will work within a dynamic team of professionals in a rapidly growing company.

requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, particularly in MEP and electrical engineering. Strong experience in the residential market. Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, MEP, or a related field. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills. Familiarity with UAE/GCC building codes, safety regulations, and MEP standards. Fluent in English (Arabic & Urdu are a plus). UAE driving license required.
