Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage all on-site activities related to fit-out and interior design projects. The individual will ensure that all work is executed according to design specifications, budget, and timelines. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision

:

- Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Collaboration

:

- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Liaise with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.

3.

Quality Control

:

- Inspect work quality and ensure it meets design specifications and company standards.

- Identify issues or discrepancies and recommend solutions proactively.

4.

Timeline Management

:

- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.

- Monitor project progress and report on status regularly.

5.

Budget Management

:

- Assist in managing project budgets and controlling expenses.

- Track material usage and order supplies as needed.

6.

Team Leadership

:

- Supervise on-site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as necessary.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and training sessions.

7.

Documentation

:

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, schedules, and inspection logs.

- Prepare progress reports for management and clients.

8.

Problem Solving

:

- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts effectively and efficiently.

- Adapt to changing project needs and recommend design modifications when necessary.

Qualifications

:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field (Optional).

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in fit-out and interior design projects.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions

- Primarily on-site work with potential exposure to various construction environments.

- May require travel to project locations.
