We Are Hiring: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Site Supervisor at ELITE Master Technical Services, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities at construction and maintenance sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site activities for finishing, MEP, and cleaning projects. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and workers, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety and quality standards. Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure work is executed as per client requirements. Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and identify any issues that could delay completion. Perform regular site inspections to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Manage project documentation and ensure all paperwork is in order, including progress reports, safety records, and change orders.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in MEP or finishing work, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of MEP, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and finishing work (tiling, painting, ceiling installations, etc.). Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is a plus. UAE driving license is preferred.

Salary Package: AED 3,000 - 4,000 per month
