Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, specifications, and timelines. Team Coordination: Manage and direct site teams, including carpenters, painters, electricians, and other tradespeople, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project requirements. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and industry best practices. Address any defects or rework needs promptly. Time Management: Maintain and track project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to avoid delays and ensure timely completion. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, conduct site safety briefings, and ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines. Client Interaction: Act as the main on-site point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns. Material & Resource Management: Oversee the delivery, storage, and proper use of materials and tools, minimizing waste and optimizing resources. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site challenges, including technical issues, delays, and quality concerns, to keep the project on track. Reporting: Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting any issues or deviations from the plan. Handover & Completion: Ensure proper finishing and snagging before project handover, guaranteeing that all fit-out elements are installed as per specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fit-out, interior contracting, or construction projects. Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate site teams and interact with clients. Familiarity with CAD software or project management tools is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
