Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review drawings and ensure compliance with UAE Approval Authorities. Oversee Project Progress from Initialization stage to completion. Provide technical guidance to working Teams to ensure alignment with design intent. Attend site meetings, coordinate with Client & Sub-contractor to resolve on-site issues. Managing Timelines & Handover Date, strongly with Own team & Sub contractors. Ensure materials & workmanship meet project specifications, Client approvals & standards. Strong site supervision skills and proficiency in Auto CAD, Material Specs and Costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Architecture or a related field will be preferred.

Experience:

3+ Years in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects in UAE. Should have knowledge of UAE approval processes.

Driving License:

will be highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
