: Site Supervisor

Experience Required:

1 year in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and project plans are followed.

Safety Compliance:

Implement safety protocols according to UAE regulations.

Team Coordination:

Supervise site workers, including subcontractors and laborers, and manage team performance.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain progress records and submit reports.

Resource Management:

Manage materials, equipment, and manpower, and monitor inventory.

Quality Control:

Inspect work for quality and resolve issues.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve site issues quickly.

Qualifications:

Relevant site supervisor experience in the UAE. Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. UAE driving license preferred.
