Position Overview:

Aq7 Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with 1 to 2 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Manage and direct the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress, schedule tasks, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including daily reports, work logs, and safety records.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are used efficiently and safely.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
