Site Supervisor
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior design projects at RAWABI. You will ensure work is completed on time, meets high-quality standards, and follows safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Doing daily worker transportation to and from the site.
2- Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
3- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers.
4- Monitor material usage and ensure timely deliveries.
5- Inspect work quality and ensure it matches design plans.
6- Maintain safety standards on-site.
7- Report daily progress to the project manager.
8- Communicate with clients during site visits as needed.
Requirements:
1- 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor (interior design or construction preferred).
2- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a bonus.
3- Fluent in English & Hindi
4- Valid UAE driving license is required.
