Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate dedicated internal project team and contractors during all stages of key projects to ensure a smooth project execution and maximize client satisfaction.
• Act as a main link between clients and ITS by conducting regular site visits which include technical assistance, problem solving, troubleshooting etc.
• Prepare and work out the time schedule of the work and labours.
• Handle and keep record of materials used at project.
• Sort out any issues that may arise during the project.
• Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities during or after project execution.
• Prepare mutually agreed delivery schedules and monitoring of progress.
• Ensure any design issues / improvements at site that are relayed to the engineering department and report to project engineer.
• Attending site inspections and meetings
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Atleast 1 year UAE experiences in similar roll
• Must have UAE Valid driving license
• Prefer Male

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Similar Dubai: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Required)
