Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of advertising campaigns and projects. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring quality control, managing resources, and maintaining safety standards. The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site activities for advertising projects, including installations, events, and promotional activities.

Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Team Coordination:

• Candidate should have at least 2 yeas experience in advertising field

Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors, technicians, and laborers.

Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members.

Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor sites.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by project schedules.

Qualifications:

Education: degree in advertising, business, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the advertising or related industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
