We are pleased to announce that our organization is seeking to enlist the services of a skilled Site Supervisor with substantial UAE experience . These roles are critical to the successful execution of our projects and the continued advancement of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead and supervise on-site workforce, including labourers and equipment operators.
• Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure cohesive teamwork.

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers and architects to understand project requirements.
• Translate design plans into actionable steps and timelines.
• Organize materials, equipment, and personnel for project commencement

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work aligns with design specifications.
• Address discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain quality standards.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents on the site.
• Prioritize the well-being of all workers and ensure a safe working environment.

Resource Management:

• Coordinate deliveries, monitor inventory, and optimize resource utilization.
• Prevent wastage of materials, equipment, and labour resources.

Problem Solving:

• Identify challenges and provide practical solutions to keep the project on track.
• Make quick decisions to address unforeseen issues effectively.

Client Communication:

• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress.
• Address client concerns and ensure project meets their expectations.

Progress Tracking and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and project timelines.
• Prepare regular progress reports for project managers and clients.

Time Management

• Set priorities, allocate resources, and adjust plans to meet project milestones.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.

Liaison with Subcontractors:

• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors for specialized project tasks.
• Ensure subcontractors integrate smoothly into the overall project.

Adherence to Regulations:

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage waste disposal and implement erosion control measures.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including work records and change orders.
• Keep organized records for reference and accountability.

Key Requirements:

• Immediate Joiners only
• A degree or diploma in landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field is often preferred, though practical experience may be sufficient for some positions.
• Minimum 03 years of UAE experience in garden management, including supervision of staff and maintenance of large-scale outdoor spaces.
• Must have valid UAE driving License
• Strong knowledge of plant care techniques, including identification, propagation, and pest management.
• Creativity and attention to detail in garden design and maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
