Position: Site Supervisor

Location: UAE ( Any Emirates as per Site Location )

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, ensuring efficiency in all phases of construction.
• Supervise and mentor construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities and site conditions.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in Fit out
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Diploma / ITI Civil Engineering (preferred)
