Job Description

As a Site Supervisor specializing in fit-out works, your role is crucial in overseeing the transformation of interior spaces according to client specifications. You will ensure that fit-out projects, whether for commercial, residential, or institutional spaces, are executed efficiently, meeting high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Project Execution

• Coordinate and oversee all activities related to fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Implement and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Resource Management

• Coordinate delivery and installation of materials, furniture, and fixtures according to project timelines.
• Manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, inspections, and approvals.
• Prepare and submit reports to management detailing project status, costs, and any deviations from plans.

Problem Solving

• Identify and resolve challenges that arise during the fit-out process promptly and effectively.
• Address any changes or modifications requested by clients while managing their expectations and project scope.

Requirements

• Holding a valid UAE Driving License.
• Possessing experience in UAE.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor specifically in fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
