Responsible for all safety aspects at the site, including Safety Walks in the field, but not limited to the orientation of new employees.
Responsible for all Quality Control activity on site, performing Quality Control.
Responsible for Timesheet coordination, Site Schedule coordination, team management, labor management and work order processing, planning and execution of all scheduled maintenance on the renewable power plants assets.
Provides guidance, training, and direction to subordinates. Responsible for providing general supervision & development of all employees at the site.
Perform daily, review of maintenance logs, work orders, timecards, service reports, and any other required paperwork or computer work for the specific project/assignment.
