Taha Building Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor cum Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects, ensure work quality, and manage on-site operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with construction standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and management.
• Inspect and manage material usage and inventory on-site.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee timesheets for proper attendance tracking and payroll processing.
• Ensure all work adheres to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or a related field, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
