Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor with a civil background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction procedures and project management, with a focus on ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Oversee labor teams, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to plan, organize, and implement project schedules
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records of daily progress
• Monitor material usage and manage site inventory effectively
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
