Job Position Site Supervisor - Civil - Construction
Location: As per site requirement, UAE based Visa.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Level: minimum 5 yrs.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and supervise on-site construction workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory of construction materials.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Relevant certifications in construction management.
Availability: Immediate
Salary: 4-5K
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
