Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers, to ensure the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve their targets
• Coordinate with Project managers, Project Engineers, Site engineers and Clients if required to address any issues or changes in project scope.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage material procurement and inventory to ensure availability and timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members to support their professional development.

Qualification :

• Diploma in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Construction industry as a supervisory role or similar
• Knowledge and experience in Civil, Fit out and Finishing work
• Knowledge of AutoCAD would be added advantage
• Valid UAE driving license Required
• Fluent in spoken English & Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
