Job Title:

Site Supervisor - Aluminum and Glazing

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations on-site for aluminum and facade installation projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage a team of technicians and laborers, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient and safe work practices. Oversee the installation of aluminum and facade systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, resolve issues, and ensure that quality standards are maintained. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and communication. Ensure all materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site. Implement health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with local regulations on-site. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including any issues or delays. Resolve any technical problems or challenges related to aluminum and facade installations. Perform final inspections of completed work to ensure it meets specifications before handover to clients.

Requirements:

Driving License:

Valid UAE Driving License is a must. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the

aluminum and facade

industry. Strong knowledge of aluminum and facade installation processes, materials, and techniques. Experience managing teams and supervising construction projects on-site. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project plans. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers. In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and construction site protocols. Problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred. Knowledge of facade systems such as curtain walls, cladding, and glazing. Knowledge of installation standards and quality assurance practices within the facade industry.
