Job Title: Supervisor - Aluminum and Facade

Must have driving license

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision:

Oversee the execution of aluminum and facade works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Team Management:

Lead and supervise site installation teams, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure proper safety measures are in place.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor the quality of work during installation, ensuring adherence to the required specifications, materials, and workmanship standards.

Coordination:

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.

Problem-Solving:

Identify potential issues at the project sites, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Site Visits:

Regularly visit project sites to inspect progress, provide direction to teams, and ensure that work is progressing as per the project schedule.

Material Management:

Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and proper storage of materials required for aluminum and facade installations.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of project progress, inspections, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on-site and that workers use protective gear as required.

Budget Control:

Assist in monitoring project costs and ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and facade works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience with both commercial and residential projects is preferred.

Skills:

Strong understanding of aluminum systems, glass installations, and facade construction techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and project management software.

Licenses:

Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.

Education:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
