Job Title: Supervisor - Aluminum and Facade

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Oversee the execution of aluminum and facade works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise site installation teams, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure proper safety measures are in place.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of work during installation, ensuring adherence to the required specifications, materials, and workmanship standards.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues at the project sites, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Site Visits: Regularly visit project sites to inspect progress, provide direction to teams, and ensure that work is progressing as per the project schedule.
• Material Management: Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and proper storage of materials required for aluminum and facade installations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, inspections, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on-site and that workers use protective gear as required.
• Budget Control: Assist in monitoring project costs and ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and facade works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with both commercial and residential projects is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of aluminum systems, glass installations, and facade construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Licenses:
• Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.

Education:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
