Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all site activities, including installation, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Liaise with clients to address concerns and provide project updates. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on project status, resource allocation, and material usage. Schedule and assign work to team members based on project needs and deadlines. Oversee the inventory of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are in good condition and properly stocked. Ensure all team members follow proper safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the maintenance or construction industry. Strong understanding of maintenance practices, procedures, and safety standards. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently on-site. Knowledge of relevant maintenance tools and equipment.
