Experience: 2-4 years experience, GCC preferred with Interior Fit Out Roles, responsibilities, accountability and authority: Translating and communicate general work requirements into a prioritized work plan for the team. Assigning tasks to workers. Overseeing the execution of the work, including quality and production, ensuring that the team members works to job specifications and follows the plans. Inspecting and measuring completed work. Records daily attendance of workers on site with required overtime and approves the same with the project coordinator or project manager. Review site conditions prior to installation to ensure required safety checks, manpower, fixtures and equipment are planned in advance and available prior to commencing site work. Coordinating with production, stores and procurements for timely delivery of items for installation. Recognizing, addressing and resolving issues/problems among/between workers and informing management for required intervention. Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure morale and productivity. Ensuring completion of initial safety and hazard assessments. Knowing, understanding, communicating and ensuring compliance and company safety policies and procedures. Facilitate mandatory safety tool box meetings.
