Site Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee fiberglass-related projects, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget. Monitor and guide the workforce to achieve desired results. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Coordinate with clients and management to address project requirements. Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

Prior experience in fiberglass-related projects is mandatory. Strong knowledge of fiberglass processes and materials. Good communication skills in

English

and

Hindi

. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
