Eissa Fiber Glass LLC is seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee fiberglass-related projects, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and guide the workforce to achieve desired results.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with clients and management to address project requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fiberglass-related projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of fiberglass processes and materials.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi .
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
