- Interior Fit out site supervisor with minimum 2 year experience in the same field.
- Should have knowledge and experience in Interior Fit out works in UAE.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
- Timely Completion of Projects as per schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and contractors/subcontractors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries of materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site, promptly addressing concerns and implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and change orders, to track project performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to interpret and implement design intent on-site, providing feedback and recommendations to optimize construction processes and achieve the desired aesthetic outcomes.
- Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to review progress, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- How many major Projects did you supervised and completed as per planned schedule ?
Did you worked on any projects inside Big Malls like Dubai Mall, Emirates Mall, Yas Mall Etc ? Education:
- Diploma (Required)
- Site Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
- English, Hindi (Preferred)
- Driving License (Preferred)
