Job Description

1. Site Supervision & Execution:

Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth operations and progress.

Supervise the installation of aluminum and decoration works as per approved drawings and specifications.

Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality control during installations.

Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and laborers.

2. Project Coordination & Planning:

Plan work schedules and assign tasks to workers efficiently.

Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery.

Resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise on-site.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Ensure that all works meet company quality standards and project requirements.

Conduct inspections and testing to verify installation accuracy.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

4. Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the main point of contact between the site and management.

Communicate project updates and challenges to the Project Manager.

Address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction with site progress.

5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

Ensure proper safety measures are implemented and followed.

Conduct safety briefings and enforce the use of protective equipment on-site.

Report any accidents, damages, or safety violations immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision for aluminum works and interior decoration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
