Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and tasks effectively. The Site Supervisor will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site.
• Manage on-site teams, including contractors and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Enforce health and safety policies and procedures, conducting safety inspections regularly.
• Track project progress and update schedules as needed to keep the project on track.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project, including clients, architects, engineers, and workers.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor hours, material usage, and safety reports.
• Resolve on-site issues and challenges quickly and effectively.
• Manage project budget and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to control costs.
• Ensure the construction site is organized, safe, and clean.
• Liaise with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in construction management or a related field is a plus).
• Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the construction site for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
