Job Description
As a site supervisor in a maintenance company specializing in Fitout and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works, you would have several key roles and responsibilities. Here's an overview of what this position typically entails:
Project Oversight
• Oversee all aspects of interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and meets quality standards.
• Coordinate between different teams involved in fit-out, joinery, HVAC, and MEP works
Technical Expertise
• Possess in-depth knowledge of fit-out processes, including joinery, HVAC systems, and MEP installations14.
• Understand and implement civil renovation and fit-out works2.
• Have expertise in block work, plaster work, and other related construction activities4.
Team Management
• Supervise and guide the on-site workforce, including subcontractors and laborers.
