Ohana Developments is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in construction and a strong understanding of site management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and direct subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor progress and ensure that construction schedules are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise on-site promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
