Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and according to plans and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities and personnel to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations on the construction site
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and quality control
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ensuring compliance on-site
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team

We specifically require a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction of medical facilities. (hospitals, medical centers, laboratories, etc)
