Seeking an experienced Site Superintendent specializing in Tower and Villas construction projects with GCC experience. Responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop construction plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses.
• Supervise on-site activities, adhering to project plans.
• Monitor project costs and resource use.
• Enforce safety protocols.
• Conduct inspections for quality compliance.
• Resolve issues during construction.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet codes and standards.
• Lead on-site teams, providing direction and support.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings.
• Liaise with clients, addressing concerns and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Submit regular progress reports.
• Resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop contingency plans for potential challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in construction management, with a focus on high-rise towers.
• GCC project experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
