:Responsibilities:Inventory Management:

• Maintaining accurate records of all materials, tools, and equipment on site.

• Conducting regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries:

• Checking incoming materials for quantity and quality.

• Ensuring that all deliveries match the purchase orders and reporting any discrepancies.

Storage and Organization:

• Properly storing materials to prevent damage and ensure easy accessibility.

• Implementing and maintaining an organized layout in the storage area.

Issuing Materials:

• Distributing materials to site workers as needed.

• Keeping accurate records of all issued items to track usage.

Coordination with Procurement:

• Liaising with the procurement department to reorder materials as needed.

• Ensuring timely availability of materials to prevent work stoppages.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Ensuring the storage area complies with health and safety regulations.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Preparing regular reports on inventory status, usage, and any issues encountered.

• Maintaining all necessary documentation related to materials and inventory.

Tools and Equipment Management:

• Tracking tools and equipment issued to workers.

• Ensuring the proper maintenance and timely return of tools and equipment.

Collaboration with Site Management:

• Working closely with site supervisors and managers to understand material needs and project schedules.

• Providing support to ensure efficient site operations.

Waste Management:

• Managing and disposing of waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations.

Requirements * Education: Graduate

• Skills: Proficient in computer and ERP systems

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the industry

• Location: At least 2 years of work experience in the UAE is mandatory
