Job Summary:

The Site Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of CAPEX delivery works within a BeAAT and NORM Plants that are in operation. This role encompasses overseeing site executions, coordinating day-to-day operations, managing shutdown activities, executing construction and commissioning, leading Management of Change (MOC) processes, and providing supervision and support to contractors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution Management:Oversee and manage all phases of site execution, from project initiation to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
Operations Coordination:Collaborate closely with the operations team to minimize disruptions during daily plant activities and coordinate shutdowns for maintenance and project-related work.
Management of Change (MOC):Lead the MOC process, ensuring changes are executed safely and efficiently, in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Contractor and Consultant Supervision: Provide direction, supervision, and support to contractors and consultants, monitoring their performance and ensuring alignment with project objectives. This will include on-site supervision and coordination requiring approximately 80% of the working time to be spent in outdoors settings.
