SITE NURSE ( Should have More than 3 years' Experience inside UAE.)

BRIGHT ACCORD GENERAL CONTRACTING LLC is looking to recruit a SITE NURSE with a minimum 3 years of experience inside UAE.

Summary:

The Male Nurse provides medical care and first aid services to workers at a construction site in Abu Dhabi, ensuring their health and safety while adhering to local regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical assessments and provide first aid treatment for injuries and illnesses on-site.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
• Monitor the health status of workers and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate workers on health and safety practices, including injury prevention and proper ergonomics.
• Collaborate with site management and occupational health professionals to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Valid nursing license from the UAE DOH/HAAD.
• Experience in emergency or occupational health nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Nurses shall receive training on common worksite hazards prior to starting work or provide evidence of relevant qualification or proof of training with regards to common occupational safety and health hazards and risks.
