Responsibilities:

Provide first-line medical care for injuries and illnesses in a dynamic on-site clinic setting.

Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.

Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as per established protocols and physician orders.

Manage and maintain accurate medical records of patients using electronic health systems.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement treatment plans.

Educate and advise workers on health and safety practices, promoting preventative measures and well-being.

Respond to emergencies efficiently and calmly, providing immediate first aid and coordinating further medical assistance when necessary.

Maintain a clean and sterile clinic environment, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.

Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and patient-centred care.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks effectively.

Proficient in medical terminology and electronic health systems.
