Job description: Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Provide first-line medical care for injuries and illnesses in a dynamic on-site clinic setting. \xc2\xb7 Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews. \xc2\xb7 Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as per established protocols and physician orders. \xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain accurate medical records of patients using electronic health systems. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement treatment plans. \xc2\xb7 Educate and advise workers on health and safety practices, promoting preventative measures and well-being. \xc2\xb7 Respond to emergencies efficiently and calmly, providing immediate first aid and coordinating further medical assistance when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean and sterile clinic environment, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols. \xc2\xb7 Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices. \xc2\xb7 Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and patient-centred care. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Registered Nurse (RN) with valid DOH license. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks effectively. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in medical terminology and electronic health systems.
