Overview

The Site Manager (SM) is responsible for meeting the Contractor's work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, safety and quality control. The SM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to the daily operation of this task order. Functional authority and task completion are the responsibility of the Site Manager. Services provided shall include work order management, HVAC-R, Water System Maintenance, Electrical Distribution, Fire Alarm/Suppression, Power Production & Distribution, Vehicle Maintenance and Sweeper services, Structures Maintenance and Repair, Facility Management and Asset Visibility services as specified in the Performance Work Statement for the whole base.

Responsibilities

+ Responsible for the overall project management, execution, and personnel supervision in accordance with PWS and Vectrus standards.

+ Responsible for successful implementation and completion of all contractual matters and CDRL reports as specified in the PWS in conjunction with the Program Management Office Task Order Manager.

+ Shall be located on site at all times during standard duty hours to oversee, perform and verify requirements are completed to meet or exceed the PWS standards.

+ Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements.

+ Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.

+ Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools).

+ Manage subcontracts put in place to support contract requirements.

+ Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.

+ Licensed Professional Engineer preferred but not required

+ Must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.

+ Must have a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver's License.

+ Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.

+ Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.

+ Must successfully complete hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear.

+ Experience:

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience working in an Engineering Flight in an Air Force Civil Engineer Squaudron or working in a Navy/Seabee Public Works command.

+ Knowledge in Air Force Programs: CE NexGen IT (Tririga) and BUILDER SMS.
