Job Title: Piling and Foundation Site Construction Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Piling and Foundation Site Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of piling and foundation construction at our project sites in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site piling and foundation construction activities from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to align project requirements.
• Supervise the setup, operation, and maintenance of piling rigs and other related equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality control measures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues on-site.
• Prepare regular progress reports, including updates on project status, costs, and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing piling and foundation projects, with proven on-site leadership.
• Strong understanding of various piling techniques, such as rotary drilling, driven piles, and micro-piling.
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East or international settings is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Valid work permit or eligibility to secure a work visa in Dubai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
