: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee our interior design and fitout projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities and managing the site team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for interior design and fitout projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
• Manage site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in interior design and fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
