Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Maintenance \xc3\x98 Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire property, including the lobby, sales units, and display units. \xc3\x98 Conduct weekly inspections of the property to ensure all areas meet the company\'s standards. \xc3\x98 Attractive Environment Have to be maintained . Vendor and Service Provider Management \xc3\x98 Monitor the quality of work performed by external vendors and service providers, including cleaning and maintenance services. \xc3\x98 Ensure that all service providers adhere to the agreed-upon standards and contractual obligations. \xc3\x98 Address and resolve any issues with vendors and service providers promptly. Coordination and Communication \xc3\x98 Liaise with the current management team and new buyers to ensure seamless operations and transitions. \xc3\x98 Ensure all operations align with the company\'s objectives and Owners Association (OA) guidelines. \xc3\x98 Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to maintain high levels of satisfaction and operational efficiency. Asset Management \xc3\x98 Ensure that all assets within the property are well-maintained and properly utilized. \xc3\x98 Oversee the proper functioning and presentation of display units another assets , ensuring they are controlled and very well maintained. Customer Relations \xc3\x98 Serve as the main point of contact for new agents and buyers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. \xc3\x98 Foster a welcoming and professional environment in the lobby and sales units. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a hotel lobby manager or in a similar role within brokerage properties. Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory and proficiency in Arabic . Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in property management software and tools. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Ability to Make Site Managing rules and regulation . also make the SOP of the site , need to check that everyone follow the SOP or not.
