Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

- Quality Control: Monitor and inspect all construction activities to ensure workmanship meets the required standards and project specifications.

- Resource Management: Efficiently manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:
