:InspectorAL AIN UAEParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil /Infrastructure and Roads Inspector to join our team! In this role you will get to involve in monitoring, inspection, coordination, witnessing, documentation of all civil works of the project to ensure that the project is constructed as per Contract requirements and specifications .What You'll Be Doing:Conducts inspections to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications.Coordinates work of subconsultants for surveying and material testingMaintains office files related to the project, quantity calculations and writes daily diaries.Prepares daily reports and other documentation, as required by the contract.Verifies that only approved materials are incorporated in the work.Reports on installed quantities to verify applications for payment and change order work.Recognizes potential conflicts, issues and problems, and reports to supervisor with proposed solution.Collects, reviews and files Certificate of Compliance, MSDS, inspection tags and other information relevant to the materials used.May provide technical guidance to lower-level inspectors.Participates in the development of job safety practices and in the preparation of safety reports.Participates in the development of quality control reports and procedures.Capability to perform math calculation in order to prepare engineering calculations, graphs and chart.What Required Skills Youxe2x80x99ll BringBSc Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 6+ years of demonstrable experience in all aspects of road and infrastructure and landscape projects preferably in the Gulf region.He must possess the ability to read working drawings and related specifications, and capable of enforcing such specifications.Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software.Good written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project team.Registered as practicing engineers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi or should have an Equivalency certificate.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
