Job Title: Tile Foreman/Site Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tile Foreman/Site Foreman to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our site projects, ensuring a flawless and efficient workflow from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with deep knowledge of site management, skilled in handling site coordination, and capable of maintaining high-quality standards throughout each phase of the project. This individual must be fluent in Hindi, hold a valid UAE driving license, and have experience in both interior and exterior fit-out decor works, including tiles, lighting, and other decorative elements. Experience as a fit-out foreman is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Oversee the daily operations of the project site, managing schedules, coordinating labor, and ensuring timely progress according to project plans.
• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of skilled workers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols while motivating and managing performance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all site activities meet the highest standards, from setup to completion. Actively inspect and verify work quality, and correct any errors without covering up mistakes.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other teams to ensure materials, equipment, and resources are on-site when needed to prevent any delays.
• Decor and Finishing Work: Knowledgeable in all aspects of decor and finishing work, including tile installation, lighting placement, and other essential decorative elements for both interiors and exteriors.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and best practices on-site, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, material use, labor hours, and any site issues, reporting to management as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tile Foreman, Site Foreman, or Fit-Out Foreman with a proven track record in site management and coordination.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of tile installation and other decor work, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Driving: Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be able to commute independently to various project sites.
• Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a fit-out foreman, managing interior and exterior decor projects, is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of site management software and tools is advantageous.
