Job Description
Overview: At Kinetics Group, we recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success. We are currently looking for a Foreman with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in construction projects, particularly in steel structures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, proven leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-site steel structure construction.
• Facilitate communication and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and review shop drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Monitor construction for adherence to plans and safety.
• Maintain construction records.
